Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! In the event you are not, we want to make it right. Merchandise is accepted for exchange (if available), store credit, or refund in form of original payment if returned in new & unused condition within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returns must be processed through: helpcashandcrew@gmail.com with a subject line of "Order Return."

In the email please include your name, order number, and a detailed note of why you are requesting an exchange, refund, or store credit. Once your email is reviewed, you will receive a reply from us with further directions. 

Returns


Making a Return and/or Exchange must be made within the guidelines of our Return Policy.



+Returns will be issued as a refund to the form of original payment or store credit. 

+We must receive your return within 7 days from delivery date to be eligible for a refund to original payment method.

+If order is received between 8-14 days from delivery date, you will receive a store credit in the form of an emailed Digital Gift Card

+Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.

+Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

+If items are sent back past the return policy period, the customer is responsible for return postage.

+Shipping charges are not refundable.

 

How will I receive my store credit? 

Expect an emailed E-Gift card within 3 business days from the date we receive your return.
Can I make a return past the 14 day period for store credit?

Unfortunately we cannot accept anything past the 14 day return policy for store credit or refund. 

 

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a store credit via E-Gift card. You may then place an order for the desired size using your store credit.
Availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed. 
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: 
The following items are non-returnable. No exceptions.

  • All bows
  • All beanies
  • All teethers
  • Sunglasses
  • Socks
  • All pacifier clips
  • Sale items
  • Gift Cards
  • Final few items
Defective Items:
All defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receiving. Merchandise that has been washed cannot be accepted for store credit.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN/EXCHANGES

CASH + CREW will not reship or refund orders, including shipping fees, in the event that they are refused or returned. International sales are final sale.
